the check-in was friendly, the room was welcoming, the breakfast was delightful.

Some people working there were inefficient.

I loved that hotel had great staff and location. The bedroom was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. It was brand-new, bigger then in most Houston hotels. Location: the property was so close to the highway, Olive Garden, Memorial Herman hospital.

Really comfortable experience and great value. Immaculate room with exceptionally comfortable bed, satisfactory breakfast with lots of great food. That was fancy hotel set in nice area. The service here was excellent too.

The rooms were absolutely fabulous and warm, understanding staff. Awesome view, a little balcony, cozy bed, too. The beach was fantastic. Absolutely incredible hotel, had a really polite service.

Affordable, fairly clean hotel with well laid out rooms and helpful staff. Rooms with 2 queen size beds. Good food, great service. Late check-out was useful.

Its breakfast definitely should have been included in the price.

Warm breakfast, non-smoking room, fabulous staff. Beautiful lobby. Had no problem using their secure parking, the internet was free.

This is outstanding and fairly clean hotel with cozy rooms and very professional staff.

We had 3 nights in Houston, spend our time here really good. A heating system, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a seating area available in the queen suite.

It was a business hotel, we liked it. The staff was FRIENDLY, as for 4-stars venue. The beds here were great. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Maharaja Bhog that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

Great base for a trip in Houston...
